Implementation of List 4 for Section 301 Tariffs

On August 13th, 2019, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) posted notice of the implementation of List 4 for Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods.

In that announcement, the list was divided into List 4A (to be implemented at 10% on September 1st, 2019) and List 4B (to be implemented at 10% on December 15th, 2019) and several articles were removed. 

As with earlier Section 301 tariffs, the USTR will conduct an exclusion process for these articles. Details will be published in the Federal Register.
