USTR to Accept Exclusion Requests for List 3 of China 301 Tariffs

On June 20th, 2019, the US Trade Representative (USTR) released the procedure for requesting exclusions to List 3 of the Section 301 Tariffs on Chinese goods.

Interested parties may file requests on the USTR portal from June 30th through September 30th,  2019. 

Any exclusions granted will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will be in effect for one year from the date of publication in the Federal Register.
