USTR Releases 5th set of HTS Exclusions on Chinese Goods

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) released a fifth set of HTS exclusions to List 1 of the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods, set to publish in the Federal Register June 4th, 2019.

The latest list was preceded by lists one, two, three, and four. All are retroactive to July 6, 2018 but extend only up to one year from the publication date in the Federal Register. The exclusions are available to any importer. 

The new set exclusions heading will be 9903.88.10 and cover the below tariffs:
