 USTR Releases Additional HTS Exclusions on Chinese Goods

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) released a fourth set of HTS exclusions to list 1 of the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods. The latest set was preceded by sets one, two, and three. All are retroactive to July 6, 2018, but extend only up to one year from the publication date in the Federal Register. The exclusions are available to any importer. 

The exclusion heading of the fourth set is 9903.88.08 and covers the below tariffs.

Five tariffs excluded outright:
