This June, DSV’s Vice President of Cruise Marine and Hospitality, Maxine Krajniak, is lending her industry expertise to the Advisory Board of the Marine Catering Expo (MCE) in Miami, Florida. She will be sharing insights on dietary and wellness trends, regional catering preferences, developing menus for local produce, and creating a global supply chain.
DSV will be in attendance for the entirety of the expo, June 18-20, 2019, at booth 678, meeting with industry specialists of all kinds, including interior designers, architects, hotel operations, food and beverage specialists, and many more.
