CBP: Forced Labor Risk in the Global Supply Chain Requirements Updated

Recently  U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a document titled “Responsible Business Practices on Forced Labor Risk in the Global Supply Chain”, which provides guidelines regarding the best practices for importers of goods in the United States.

In addition, the Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) created an application to identify problematic countries, commodities, and different types of exploitation. Importers are encouraged to use these tools to examine their supply chains to ensure their goods comply, so as not to be refused entry.
